This project centers on HEWN, a contemporary American restaurant in Chelsea Market inspired by chef Tom Colicchio. The design reflects a philosophy of honest simplicity and craftsmanship, using natural materials, clean lines, and warm tones to create a space that feels both elevated and familiar. Every element—from custom furnishings to tactile finishes—supports a dining experience rooted in care, restraint, and timeless design.
