Located on a peninsula on the south coast of Bahia, Modular Bahia uses a modular construction system based on reforested wood. Designed for remote areas, it allows fast assembly with minimal waste. Modules adapt to various climates, terrains, and layouts. The project is self-sufficient, incorporating solar energy, rainwater reuse, and sewage treatment via a biodigester. This sustainable system ensures quality, reduces deadlines, and minimizes environmental impact.
