Jingmenxi Railway Station is a large-scale high-speed railway hub integrating transportation, commerce, and culture. Inspired by Chu culture, it blends rhombus patterns and phoenix feather motifs with streamline aesthetics typical of aviation, creating a visual language that merges regional identity and a sense of technology. Employing an efficient ‘upper for arrival, lower for departure’ flow design, the project ensures quick transfers. The iconic four-story void makes it a striking ‘urban living room’, while the energy-efficient lights and green materials promote sustainable development.
