Los Pacheco restores a historic 17th-18th century manor in Puebla’s UNESCO-listed Historic Center. The project transformed the decayed structure into a multifamily housing complex, aligning with efforts to revitalize the area through residential use. The intervention removed non-original elements, restored bays, arches, windows, and optimized spaces with double/triple-height apartments. Original materials and patinas were preserved, complemented by steel and patterned tiles for a modern touch.
