The project reimagines decommissioned offshore platforms in the Adriatic Sea as part of an extended urban space. Rather than dismantling them, the platforms are repurposed into sustainable hubs for culture, research, and energy. Organized at three scales—sea, cluster, and platform—the proposal envisions a maritime network that reshapes the relationship between city and sea, transforming the Adriatic into a space for human interaction, not just extraction.
