By the sea, a house combining large openings, raw stones, woven straw ceilings, and mashrabiyas interacts with the surrounding materials to establish integration with the natural landscape of Angra dos Reis. Originally designed in the 80s, this project was reimagined from architecture to interiors by Studio Arthur Casas, with an emphasis on daylight and cross-ventilation, enhancing its connection to the surroundings. By removing internal divisions and incorporating natural materials, the space gained an open layout with a fluid transition between indoors and outdoors—a complete transformation.
