Inspired by Mies van der Rohe’s Barcelona Pavilion, this table echoes its cross-shaped pillars in the metal legs and bold materiality in vibrant marbles, exclusively sourced from local quarries: Yellow Bamboo, Donatello, Pinot Grigio, and Oak Bamboo. With minimal components, it achieves visual lightness across spans up to 3.3 meters. The greatest challenge was combining scale and elegance without compromising simplicity. Crafted entirely in Brazil, the table blends modernist principles with local identity, honoring architectural heritage through form, material, and precision.
