The project serves as a permanent venue for high-end international forums. Under the “Green Hill” concept, it creates a multifunctional green urban space that restores ecological and social functions while integrating culture and technology. The design blends with its surroundings, forming a symbiotic city-park relationship. It meets height/volume/weight limits and incorporates rainwater management, energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and smart infrastructure. Beyond meeting conference needs, the project provides versatile public activity spaces designed to foster community engagement.
