C&D GROUP YUNQIQIANWAN (EXHIBITION CENTER) is located in Hangzhou, gathering an abundance of outstanding cultural resources. In collaboration with DAS Dasen Design, taking the blueprint of a timeless mansion as a basis, it is deeply rooted in the local cultural context and humanistic heritage. Using the shape of the Qiantang River tide as the design inspiration, it interprets traditions with contemporary language, condensing the architectural forms of the East and contemporary aesthetics, and constructing an urban utopia here where one can enjoy seclusion and contentment.
