The concept arises from the interplay of structural beams and columns that create a façade, a reticular membrane with vegetation, establishing a dynamic relationship between interior and exterior. Located in the Hipódromo neighborhood in CDMX, the project integrates through façade vegetation, coexisting with surrounding trees and a recessed ground floor for pedestrians. The project includes sustainable tools like double-glazed windows, a rainwater collection system for alternative storage, cross ventilation, a green façade, the structure used as finish, and the interior and roof garden.
