The project aims to create a spacious and versatile social area, allowing simultaneous uses for the family. Accessibility was a primary guideline for building an inclusive residence. Divided into two units connected by a covered walkway, the residence fluidly integrates indoor and outdoor areas. The private unit includes bedrooms, home theater and playroom, with balconies connected to the roof of the social unit. The materials chosen balance natural and technological elements with Brazilian design furniture, creating welcoming and sophisticated environments.
