Its staggered composition—comprising a main house, two guesthouses, a central patio, and a rooftop pool—follows the site’s organic topography, balancing openness and privacy. A material palette of earth, concrete, and wood, enriched with locally crafted details like woven Palo de Arco shutters, enhances the sensory experience, creating a refined yet deeply rooted retreat overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
