The project required identical rooms with private pools facing the sea and the use of cast-in-place concrete and masonry due to material transport challenges on a Bahian island. Instead of identical balconies, the design introduced unique variations using local materials, incorporating pergolas, pools, benches, loungers, planters, water spouts, hammocks, and cobogós. This diversity shaped the façade, creating an experimental and dynamic structure, including a cobogó-wrapped balcony, a gazebo, and uniquely shaped pools.
