A 375 sq ft studio in a pre-war co-op building in NYC’s Upper West Side was reimagined into a highly efficient micro-living space. Designed by C CUBICA Arquitectos, the renovation optimizes every inch through a custom wall bed, multifunctional furniture, and a lofted storage area. Using sustainable materials, energy-efficient fixtures, and a neutral palette, the project balances aesthetics, function, and affordability. This transformation demonstrates how tactical design can enhance compact urban living, offering a replicable model for sustainable and accessible housing solutions.
