For nearly two decades, Thailand’s Government Complex (TGC) has faced challenges such as high car dependency, traffic congestion, and poor air quality, impacting the well-being of its 37,500 daily users. In 2020, Landprocess reimagined the site, focusing on people-centric mobility and sustainability. With the arrival of the Skytrain in 2024, TGC shifted away from its car-centric legacy, prioritizing walkability, reducing carbon footprint, incorporated nature-based solutions. Transforming TGC into a low-carbon, resilient government hub, serves as a model for climate-conscious urban development.
