The task presented a challenge. After the initial brief, the space programme grew from a simple hideaway apartment to an extremely sophisticated project with underground parking, penthouses, a rooftop pool and a spa with gym. The high quality fixtures and fittings were completely designed and manufactured for this project. The apartments are finished with large format tiles and French parquet. Exposed concrete ceilings throughout the 3 metre high rooms create a harmonious ambience. On the upper floor, the penthouse has ceiling heights of up to 5 metres.
