This project is located in an industrial park, transforming an RC factory building into a high-end exhibition and co-learning center for artists, designers, and craftsmen, integrating display, collaboration, and education. Guided by Bauhaus principles—"form follows function," "less is more," and "minimalism"—the design adapts to new needs while preserving the original structure. The facade retains existing openings, enhances volumetric variation for spatial dialogue with the surroundings, and features large glass panels and simple outward-opening windows to improve lighting and functionality.
