Tasked with creating spatial coherence across two floors and enticing remote workers back to the office, we found our core solution in a dynamic, visually striking central stair that doubles as sculpture and conversation piece. A complex system of steel trusses, cloaked in a warm ash wood veneer, supports the monumental structure, which rests gracefully on one edge atop the terrazzo base. Around the stair are custom-outfitted workspaces, gallery spaces, dining amenities, and three outdoor terraces that give employees and clients access to a sweeping city skyline.
