The Namhae Villa, which is small but contains a very rich story, contains architectural concerns about what kind of attitude a land facing the sea should have. In order to make the most of the land with a build-up ratio of 20%, the horizontal movement scenario was composed of beginning, development, transition, acceleration, climax, and the scene in each process was created with architectural elements (walls, columns, floors, eaves, skylights) to create various scenes facing the sea in horizontal motion. - Taeyun KIM architecte HMONP, founder of Architecture studio MPA
