The project is an industrial factory park with offices and production workshop, aiming to create a working complex which meets the needs of industrial production and has a modern office atmosphere through innovative design concepts. The project consists of two main buildings. The office building adopts a unique stacked structure design, forming a number of terraces facing the urban interface, providing resting and viewing places for the employees. The elevation of production workshop continues the intention of horizontal texture of the office building, pursuing a simple and concise appearance.
