The Urawa Garden Building is a medium-sized building with common spaces in the lower floors and aims to become a new prototype for a medium-sized office building near the city center by incorporating the people of the city and the city’s character itself. The common space is carefully designed to decipher the unique characteristics and context of Urawa, a city that has prospered as a post town since ancient times, embodying the space and creating enduring memories of its layered history. We interpret it, embody the space, weave historical memories, and create meaningful spaces to pass on.
