The project aims to identify and enhance the potential of an existing structure that is currentlyincomplete and abandoned. This structure, located in front of the city's most iconic building,presents complex morphological and structural characteristics that pose signifi cant designchallenges. The project's conceptual foundation is inspired by the theme of the square, anessential element of urban life that was central to the original competition leading to theconstruction of the existing building.
