MONU is an independent international magazine for architects, urbanists and theorists working on urban topics. MONU publishes critical articles and urban theories from its famous ‘open call’ and from invited renowned figures worldwide (ex. Ai Weiwei, Saskia Sassen, Mark Wigley). Every issue deals with one topic. MONU was published twice a year since 2004; from 2021 it has shifted to an annual publication. MONU works as a platform for the exchange of ideas, constitutes a collective intelligence on urbanism and it’s recognized as one of the most innovative and progressive magazines in its field.
