Project locates in Financial District, GFA 68,900 sqm, 158m tall. follows China Green Building standards, using solar panels on roof and tower façade, with natural ventilation, targeted to be local green design ideal. Inspired by sail boat, tower crown design further enriches the city skyline. Zoning code requests green space in south and east on site, which we designed as open space for surrounding communities. Tall transparent glass entrance is designed for business visitors’ grand arrival impression. Podium façade utilized metal wire laminated glass fin adding details in pedestrian level.
