The main objective when designing this house was to preserve the 70-year-old quava tree that moved from Morelia to Mexico City and that became the central axis of the Project. Thanks to its central location, the immediate context of the project has characteristics interesting and particular, which favored interior-exterior integration. Another of the intentions of the project was that through its design and distribution it will grant views of the entire land through its transparency on the ground floor, thus allowing the contemplation of the amplitude of the site.
