FUTRWORKS is the renovation and rebranding project of a coworking office. We aimed to create a modern space where people from different cultures and backgrounds can comfortably collaborate and work together. Our proposals were inspired by UDS’s planning and operations experience in similar spaces across Japan. FUTRWORKS features a town plaza-like communal area and customizable private offices connected by under-eaves spaces. The transition between these three spaces is seamless — workers can freely go from one to the other depending on their schedule and mod.
