It's a fire extinguisher combined with doorknob in design, intended for putting out fire in indoor public spaces. As part of doorknob, it occupies no extra room. In emergency, it can be readily removed from the door for quelling the fire. And the rest of doorknob remains in normal use. Relative to conventional fire extinguishers, it's more noticeable and easily found for fire extinguishing.
