Nowadays, people spend about 9 hours a day sitting, which can lead to muscle tightness and increased injury risk in the back and waist area. To address this, I've innovated a chair design integrating fitness rollers. The chair's back resembles a roller and utilizes the natural rocking motion of sitting to initiate massage. As users sit and relax, they naturally rock back and forth, receiving a massage across their back and waist. To facilitate this rocking motion, I've incorporated a pulley and slide rail mechanism beneath the chair cushion, enabling seamless sliding while seated.
