First and foremost, the project made it possible to rethink the didactic approach of training related to the world of education in the food service industry. A new way of conceiving the food workshop dedicated to the training of future chefs, waiters and pastry chefs has been designed, creating a place that evolves the structure of the restaurant, adapting it to specific teaching requirements. From the outset, the theme of beauty was a goal to be achieved. The design approach aims at the well-being of teachers and students in this place.
