The project includes 27 villas of four different types, a 20-room Hotel, a 1,200-square-meter SPA, and 20 Ger-pods, a modern version of the typical Mongolian dwelling. 3 different dining options, one suspended over a designed lake, a large restaurant inside the hotel, and a large glass greenhouse. The surrounding park offers a wide range of spaces dedicated to outdoor living and outdoor. The complex integrates into the terrain in a perfect combination of architecture and landscape, and was developed in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030.
