Design Brief: The project is located in Beijing, with a building area of 21,590.9 square meters. The design respects the site's memory and surrounding environment. The facade retains the building's curved memory and extends the curved language to the ground-level commercial space. While inheriting the site's memory, it also opens up the ground-level commercial space. The open and inclusive interface can embrace more formats while better integrating into the lives of surrounding residents, empowering the development of the area and activating its potential vitality.
