A design that seeks to value its surroundings from within. The Boa Vista House features distinctive proportions with sloping roofs and elongated, angled volumes that uniquely frame the landscape. Stone and carbonized wood adorn the façades, while tilt windows and cobogós (hollow blocks) provide ventilation, allow the ingress of light, and ensure privacy. Meanwhile, Internal finishes echo exteriors, ensuring coherence across 6 bedrooms, gym, gourmet, social space, wellness area, and pool – the latter two integrated at the underground floor, with visibility through a glass window underwater.
