Coplus is a learning platform that empowers women developers through pair programming and self-development. Women are now struggling to find role models and lack self-awareness of their strengths in computing. By connecting users with role models in the community and helping them get resources, Coplus empowers women to pursue careers in the computer science industry and creates more gender diversity. Coplus visualizes data tracking for a learning performance analysis and, more importantly, networking community opportunities. Role models, modeling STEM, in every single part of women’s lives.
