There are said to be more than 10,000varieties of sake.For Shichiken to be the one to be chosen,it is critical how we convey its charms.In this project,we are focusing on the fact that all the ingredients essential for sake brewing,such as water,rice,and air,are nurtured by this land of Hakushu.By sculpting the actual landscape with rice malt, the raw material for sake,we visually represented the concept that all of nature is creating Shichiken.Rather than using CG,we used approximately 50kg of rice malt to showcase the unique charms of Shichiken,a sake made with all the blessings of the land.
