Drawing from reptile skin's captivating scale textures, Parametric Reptilia addresses ethical concerns about using reptile leather in the fashion industry. Instead, it employs recycled Thermoplastic Polyurethane sourced from industrial waste to create scale-like textiles. With parametric modeling, the design meticulously replicates the rhythmic distribution of reptile scales. The production seamlessly integrates digital fabrication and craftsmanship. Parametric Reptilia provides an ethical alternative to reptile leather. Additionally, it creates meaningful jobs to replace animal killing.
