We designed the Unilever Istanbul office to adapt to the changing dynamics of the modern workplace accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal was to create a versatile workspace that enhances well-being, promotes inclusivity, and fosters productivity and collaboration, addressing challenges posed by the pandemic and accommodating both remote and in-office work. The design focuses on inclusivity and sustainability, supporting hybrid work, prioritizing well-being, embracing sustainability, offering flexibility, and enhancing productivity.
