The Piersol Side Table features a highly figured piece of Claro Walnut with brass discs. The captured discs can freely rotate in the wood, allowing the user to orient the piece as they please. Timothy tries to create balance between the severity of simple geometry and the natural elegance of wood by juxtaposing harsh lines against rippling wood grain.
