What we seek is not just the deliciousness of plums but also the unique soul within the mountains and forests. We use locally grown Taiwanese plums, thriving under sunlight and rain, carrying a profound Taiwanese flavor. Taiwan's mountains and forests star in our story, with Swinhoe's Pheasants, Taiwanese macaques, and Formosan Sika Deer – residents of the mountains, occasionally gracing our plum orchard, infusing life into our plum trees. Depicting these scenes with a Taiwanese style and soft colors, they become the inspiration for our plum wine.
