The intention of this project was to transform the feeling of living in a house instead of an apartment. To achieve this, we took advantage of all the facades, creating balconies with gardens and different internal and external social spaces. In the living room, the demolition of some walls gave way to a metal bookcase and big window frames, which runs throughout the room separating functions and spaces. The apartment has a spacious suite, an office that can be converted into a bedroom, a kitchen integrated with the living room, a wine cellar with a bar and a barbecue with an outdoor area.
