This is the HQ building of a company in Tokyo. We realized the company's corporate culture of "one family" by keeping the office space on a single floor. Since the site is located in a residential area, we considered the impact of lighting on the neighborhood, and designed the interior space to ensure natural lighting and ventilation while minimizing the windows. The building consists of 3 floors, a spiral staircase through the atrium gently connects each floor, creating a spatial composition that allows residents on any floor to feel the presence of the floors above and below them.
