The main visual design theme recalls the concept of Taiwan's early wedding banquets, with neon signs of the "dragon and phoenix" which conveys "peace and joy" to overseas Chinese, with tradition having them pray for all the success in the coming year! With the image design of this film festival, the retro theme of the luxury of yesteryear is reproduced, and the auspiciousness of the "Dragon and Phoenix" floating in the sky is also used.
