Dahe Shipyard, a historical heritage building by the Grand Canal, currently stands in desolation.Through redesign, we aim to revitalize the site and connect the surrounding community and also provide young individuals, burdened by the pressures of modern life, with a comfortable and convenient space for co-working and residence.The factory will continuously generate a steady stream of 'ideas' in the future, allowing the young from different fields to collectively create value, enhance the sustainable development of the region, and bear witness to intangible continuation of the shipyard spirit.
