In this "Dau Dau" hot pot restaurant project, we have applied 4 natural elements including: mountains, jungles, rivers, and fields as our main design concept to run through the entire space. With two entrances interspersed with different elements of "mountains and rivers", we divided the entire space into 6 areas. According to our design of the floor plan, The six main areas are the kitchen, the bar, and four other different dining areas. As a Hotpot Restaurant, the essential element is the self-service seasoning bar, four groups of built-in smoke ventilation systems underground.
