Hala Gig is a consumer research platform that gathers feedback and data from customers and stakeholders to make business decisions and improve products and services. They assign surveys to the field agent based on their expertise to collect responses on the field from customers. We understood the requirement to simplify the feedback collection process on their mobile app. Our design provides a task view to the field agent to look into available tasks along with a map view to strategise the route, navigate and collect feedback easily.
