Our project is a two-level building, designed to optimize external and internal flows while maintaining a compact and functional layout. The interior spaces are organized for optimal management of personnel flows and natural lighting. Our environmental strategy includes solar energy production, a high-performance envelope, and simple prefabricated construction processes. The absence of columns in the large room and few carriers in the production area allow for easy reconfigurations in the future. Our project meets the objectives of comfort and fits into the long-term vision of the site.
