The project is located at No.13 Xichuan Hutong, Xicheng District, Beijing, 300m north of Fayuan Temple, which is the earliest downtown in Beijing. The project had fallen into disrepair before renovation and was shelved as a temporary warehouse. After renovation, it was re-endowed with the function of boutique club, and created a two-span courtyard. The first floor of the front yard serves as the reception, where the lobby, tea room, painting room, meeting room and other space functions are arranged. The traditional elements of the climbing corridor are connected with second floor.
