The 43-dwelling social housing proposal adapts to climate and addresses energy poverty, solving comfort without needing active heating/cooling systems, using CEB compacted earth block walls. With interconnected 12 m2 rooms and central kitchen-dining, it promotes gender equity. Dwellings connect to outdoors through thermal buffer modules or winter gardens. Courtyards create communal spaces, greenhouses, and landscaped roofs. The project integrates social and environmental strategies, ensuring comfort and sustainability amid energy poverty.
