The Project aims to create a low-density international manor community nestled amid natural surroundings conveniently located near urban centers. It is positioned as an ecological courtyard-style secluded luxury residence in a "park city", suitable for both living and healthcare. With the grandeur of Mount Taishan as its backdrop and the picturesque lake within the park as its focal point, the Project is designed to capture the essence of a classic Chinese landscape where "the distant mountains and the adjacent waters" are intertwined. Under the master plan, three communities share one park.
