As the first The Mixc complex built by China Resources Land for Tongxiang, this case, with a mega volume of 720,000 square meters and the emphasis on digital technology in community construction , focuses on neighborhood life in the name of the future community, realizing a full coverage of living scenes including residence, consumption, leisure, work, health and education. The design picks up the urban memories of this small water town in the light and shadow of the paulownia trees on the streets of Tongxiang City, and uses them as inspiration to conceive the possibilities of this site.
