The project is located in a cultural district with a history of 100 years, which is divided into two parts by a viaduct. The city manager wants to set up a pedestrian bridge under the viaduct and above the city road to "sew" the divided streets again. The design concept of the pedestrian bridge is "floating island", aiming to establish a comprehensive infrastructure integrating transportation, parks, and landscapes.
